Believing that we are the hands and feet of Christ in this world, we seek to be a community who displays love-in-action. Currently, we are partnering with MorningStar Mission in Joliet, which offers support, both material and spiritual, for those experiencing the hardship of homelessness and those in crisis. Our parishioners aid MorningStar in their mission by serving meals and donating school supplies, toiletries, and clothing throughout the year. Each summer we participate in the mission’s annual 5k run/walk to help raise funds for their programming. We also partner with the DuPage Township Food Pantry in their mission to supplement the needs of local residents

Most recently we have partnered with Exodus World Service.  This relationship includes welcoming refugee families to the area. You can help us provide a warm welcome for a refugee family when they arrive in our community! Help turn an empty apartment into a home by providing basic household items for a refugee family. When our refugee family arrives, often with only a few possessions, we will personally welcome them with all the essential supplies they need.

Additional ministries include:

Grace and Race
Healing Prayer Group
Contemplative Prayer Group
Grief Support Group

We are constantly discerning new paths to follow as we journey with Christ along the path of life, reconciliation and restoration.
